STC M - 2022 Annual Report

In 2022, the Scientific Technical Committee on Machines (STC “M”) had two meetings, the first during the Winter Meeting on February 18, 2022, held virtually, the second in Bilbao, Spain on August 26, 2022, held in hybrid format during the CIRP General Assembly.

94 participants attended this meeting. The distribution was: 34 Fellows, 27 Associate Members, 18 Corporate Members, 7 Research Affiliates, and 8 Guests.

The following technical contributions, progress for future keynotes were presented and discussed. CIRP’s upcoming publication, CIRP Novel Topics in Production Engineering (CNTPE), was also introduced and discussed.

STC “M” Meeting in Bilbao, Spain, August 26, 2022

This meeting took place in hybrid format, with 67 attendees participating in-person and 22 remotely, totaling 89. The distribution was: 22 Fellows, 24 Associate Members, 17 Corporate Members, 6 Research Affiliates, and 20 Guests.
